Our founder, a two-time culinary school graduate, was awarded the highest honors through both programs while attending a top New York City culinary institution. Tia knows how to instruct a great cook who deeply values traditional culinary education. A trained chef, nationally recognized food stylist, and award-winning coach, she’s the force behind Tia’s School for Intuitive Cooking—a revolutionary space where cultural heritage meets professional mastery.
Her journey began in her grandmother’s kitchen and evolved through heartbreak, healing, and haute cuisine. Armed with a culinary and a pastry degree from a New York City culinary institution and a philosophy steeped in wellness, rhythm, and self-worth, Tia transformed her life and now helps others do the same—one intuitive meal, one bold business move, one empowered decision at a time.
