A graduate of top culinary institutions in New York City and a sought-after culinary consultant, Tia brings decades of hands-on experience in the food industry, from fine dining to television styling.
Her deepest wisdom, however, comes from lived transformation. After redefining her relationship with food, body, and purpose in 2013, Tia created a framework that honors heritage, seasonality, and healing through food.
